How we work

We write it down

Decisions are recorded with the reasoning behind them, so the judgement survives a change of people.

We do not automate everything

We decide first where a person has to judge, and automate what sits either side of it.

We measure and report

Measured before the engagement, measured again after go-live. We never publish an estimate as a result.

We prove it on ourselves

We build our own site and our own engine, and publish the reasoning behind the decisions.

Backend Engineer (Python / TypeScript)

Full-time | 3+ years G-Valley, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul | 2 days remote
What you will do
  • Retrieval pipelines and search quality
  • Domain APIs for ERP and cross-border platforms
  • Workflow-engine based automation
What we need
  • Running a production service in Python or TypeScript
  • Relational schema design and query tuning
  • Integrating external systems over API, file or database
Nice to have
  • Vector database and retrieval quality tuning
  • Understanding of trade or manufacturing domains
  • On-premise deployment experience

Frontend Engineer (Next.js)

What you will do
  • Business system screens - large data tables, permission-aware UI
  • Customer web and content platforms
  • Holding Core Web Vitals and accessibility standards
What we need
  • Production experience with React and TypeScript
  • Complex forms and state management
  • Working to a standard on performance and accessibility
Nice to have
  • Building a design system
  • SSR/SSG rendering strategy
  • Internationalisation

AI Engineer (Retrieval / Evaluation)

What you will do
  • Designing and running golden-set evaluation for retrieval quality
  • Embedding and reranking experiments
  • Designing agent tool calls
What we need
  • Working with embedding and retrieval evaluation metrics
  • Building experiment pipelines in Python
  • A habit of writing results up and sharing them
Nice to have
  • Improving Korean-language retrieval quality
  • LLM observability and cost optimisation
  • Writing papers or technical articles
